Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for products, encompassing all stages from concept to execution. This includes creative concept formulation, visual development, content management, and effective communication through distribution channels. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to produce clear and customer-friendly sales enablement materials. This may include videos, sales kits, digital tools, and other related assets. Ensure timely delivery of product marketing deliverables. Create positioning and messages that resonate with our core audience. Deliver attractive and effective content, leading communication on product content topics. Explore innovative channels and ideas for product promotion, as well as potential third-party collaborations, to generate product awareness and drive business outcomes. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring consistent execution on projects. Offer ad hoc support in various projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Degree holder with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing communications or product marketing within the insurance industry, including at least 3 years at a managerial level. Candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Manager. Independent, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Excellent copywriting and editorial skills in both English and Chinese. Demonstrates good judgment, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box. Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset. Possesses strong collaboration skills to work effectively across different departments within the organization.
