Our MSP client in Downtown Toronto is looking for an IT Services Delivery Manager to join their team! Role: You have a solid technical background and experience in system/ networking technologies, in Microsoft Servers, Various Business Applications, SQL, IIS, Internetworking, VPNs, firewalls, backups, Wi-Fi and more. You are a powerful communicator who can manage well with clients and complete system down outages. You work well in a fast paced environment at any given client site. You are skillful at pre- project/work briefings with each client on each project. You are able to execute with a high degree of success in integrating and/or solving problems. You have the ability to lead and mentor others. Able to lead troubleshooting efforts and/or analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes. Work Type: • Onsite and Travel to client locations (5 days a week) • Client locations: GTA • Must have a car and valid driver's license to travel to client sites Company Culture: You will be working for an MSP company that puts customers first. Duties: • Act as the primary Technical contact on client accounts to initiates and leads internal project • Server Operating Systems - Installation, configuration and troubleshooting • Basic administration, including adding/remove users and groups, configuring file permissions, checking event logs, configuring and restore from backup • Microsoft Office365 - Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of clients Outlook, OneDrive and Teams, including remote clients • Administration of enterprise e-mail application, including adding/remove users and group, configuring folder permissions if applicable, forwarding mail to other accounts, and add aliases, replication and Clustering • Windows troubleshooting and configuration • Working Knowledge of Enterprise Backup Systems, Hyper-V, Azure, SAN architecture and Auto-Pilot • Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP subnetting and troubleshooting Internet connectivity • Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls, Terminal Services & RD • Understanding of DNS services, High Availability / Load Balancing routing solutions • Ability to communicate with client at all levels from IT personnel to C-Suite Executives Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5-7+ years' experience in the following: • Operating in an MSP (managed services) environment (MUST HAVE) • Microsoft Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows server support • Firewall Technologies - Sophos, Linksys, NetGear • Microsoft SQL Server • Hyper-V • Wireless Technologies Credentials and Experience • Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewalling Support • MDM, Intune and MFA Support • Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI) Support • Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support Education and Certifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MSCE, CCNA/CCDA, Project +, Network+ Benefits: • 3 weeks' Vacation • Paid parking • Sponsored Certifications • Full Medical Benefits (health/Dental/Vision) Salary: • $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
