We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Dev Lead /SDM. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of developers, guiding them in the development of innovative and high-quality full-stack solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Full Stack Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable full-stack solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to enhance product functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a development team.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and microservices architecture.
