Position Responsibilities
• Act as subject matter expert of Uline’s database marketing and the processes / documentation involved including database match logic, processing rules and merge / purge.
• Lead team responsible for daily operations related to direct mail marketing campaigns such as database campaign set up, file selection / delivery, campaign approvals and weekly production outcome.
• Audit and summarize data, trends and processes as it relates to marketing campaign execution.
• Lead initiatives for internally compiled marketing lists within Uline’s customer database and the efforts necessary to create / audit data and analyze performance.
• Contribute to direct mail campaign planning and analysis functions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years experience within Direct Marketing and / or Database Marketing required; B2B preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAS and other analytical software.
