As a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) on our Enterprise Machine Learning team, you will execute high-priority enterprise-level initiatives and influence across our organization.
This role requires big-picture thinking, presenting to executives, and holding engineering teams accountable for delivery goals.
In addition to the technical program, you will work to expand the TPM discipline within the team by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience.
Our TPM Sr. Managers have : - Strong technical backgrounds, ideally in building scalable platforms, products, or services- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills- A quantitative approach to problem-solving and a collaborative implementer of holistic solutions- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different teams- Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results- Exceptional cross-team collaboration skills- Highly tuned emotional intelligence and empathy for teams and partners- Previous experience with machine learning and familiarity with major ML frameworks- Manage program communications with key stakeholders at all levels- Serve as the connective tissue across functions, business units, and teams to foster collaboration, improve decision-making, and deliver value for customersBasic Qualifications : - At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs- Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing- 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems using cloud computing services, preferably AWS- 3+ years' experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery- 3+ years' experience delivering large and complex programs- 4+ years of technical program management experience- 2+ years of Machine Learning experience- Experience in building systems within a highly regulated environment- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certificationPlease note that this role is only open to individuals authorized to work in the United States.
Salary range : - New York City (Hybrid On-Site) : $195,200 - $222,800- San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site) : $206,800 - $236,000We offer a comprehensive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being.
