Responsibilities
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on gaming and gambling industry regulations
• Inform the General Counsel of important information and strategic insights
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for trading activities
• Conduct legal research and offer insights for new product offerings
• Develop and implement company policies to mitigate legal and regulatory risks
• Guide the commercial side in making informed decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Requirements
• Fully qualified and Licensed Attorney from an accredited law school
• Experience with global gaming laws and distinguishing between gaming and financial regulations
• Knowledge of favorable jurisdictions and licensing requirements for gaming companies
• Skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research
• Collaborative mindset and ability to excel in cross-functional teams
• Commercially minded and adaptable to a fast-paced workplace
