To execute overall business development initiatives and attract new clients in the
public and private sectors to meet the company’s growth targets.
• To demonstrate evident strong relationships with B2G and B2B sector.
• Ability to design and develop new products and drive their growth and sales.
• Generate knowledge of the company’s product and service offerings to
communicate confidently to clients.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to develop new networks and
pursue strategic business leads to achieve growth.
• Identify new markets and ways of improving sales for business development through
researching new business leads for the growth of the business
• Understand client needs and requirements to suggest relevant services that cater for
their needs
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for clients.
• Lead the BD team and ensure healthy pipeline of potential clients.
• Maintain relationships and continuous communication with existing and potential
• clients and address their needs effectively.
Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Management.
• 5-8 Years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Sales
development, or any other similar field.
• At least 3 Years in a leadership position.
• Advance Numerical and Analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multitasks with different deadlines.
• Willingness to engage with the teamwork to learn and develop
