The CIO serves as a key member of the Noblis executive team and will drive the development and growth of the organization’s information technology services. Individual will lead digital transformation initiatives, as well as efforts that result in broad organizational change. In collaboration with the Executive team, support the execution of Noblis’s strategic vision, influencing the overall business strategy and establishing specific strategies related to enabling the business through information technology. Developing and enforcing IT best practices across the organization Ensuring IT strategies and processes support company-wide goals through customer focused, transformation projects. Overseeing relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers. Effectively articulate the benefits and risks of new IT initiatives to executives and board of trustees. Drive consistency and best practice in information technology, cyber security, associated governance, and business continuity. Individual will be responsible for cyber risk management, security policies, operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement working with the CISO. Assess the current information management systems, applications, and IT operations for potential innovation, improvements, and optimization. Monitor the industry for developments in IT capabilities and services; staying updated on IT trends and emerging technology. Leads, mentors, and develops a team of IT professionals ensuring a culture of accountability, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility to insure a high performing organization. Forges strong partnerships with Mission Area and Shared Services Leaders ensuring that the senior leadership team has a shared view of agreed IT objectives, role and commitments. Consistently innovate, collaborate, execute on time/budget, and deliver investment smart quality transformations. Additional responsibilities will include facilities operations, asset management, and real estate lease portfolio management. Bachelor's degree in a related field ~8+ years managing large team of staff ( ~Cybersecurity background and ability to assess the current security state and develop policies and procedures to address emerging threats, risks, and continuous improvement. ~ Ability to manage the information security governance process, working cross-functionally. ~ Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, ITSM or comparable standards relevant to government contractors ~ Minimum Secret clearance but must be clearable to TS level Strong performance management skills. Executive level communication and negotiation skills. Familiar with government contracting business highly preferred. High level of knowledge in cloud service providers, specifically Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Salesforce, UKG preferred. Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.
