Extensive understanding of Oracle Banking Application including third party integrations Extensive experience of 13+ years in Banking and Financial sector involving Technology services which includes Loan process, Internet and Mobile Banking, Loan Account Opening,Demand deposits, Credit Card, etc for global clients like Westpac, GE, Suncorp, AIB and NAB Resolving critical issues and end of day batch failures involving high volume financial transactions. Management of the creation and Maintenance of the applications ServiceLevel agreements, root cause analysis. Responsible for complex projects while coordinating with other departments, and scheduling during maintenance activities or in response to emergency and non-emergency incident resolution and triage. Manage, coach, and develop the analytical and technical skills of team members. Develop effective partnership with senior management, as well as internal and externalstakeholders. Responsible for production monitoring, incident/problem management for numerous federal applications. Reporting on the health of production systems and getting visibilityinto influencing factors. Collaborate with architecture, application development, infrastructure & network teams toensure production application deployments and any production activities are approved, properly tested and include relevant backout plans, to minimize negative customer impacts Concentrating on the priority issues which is having higher visibility/business impact. Involving in hot fixes and critical deployments in OBP application Automate manual tasks through appropriate tools and scripting Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix the issue for customer Develop proofs-of-concept to validate solution feasibility. Ensuring Batches and key components for interfacing. Help team towards documenting run books, Support handbooks and other release and support documents. Identify recurring issues to log Jira and permanently fix to reduce inflow of incidents. Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms including Oracle ADF, SOA, OSB and JAVA applications. Accomplishments in creative problem solving and cost-effective improvements in process and quality.
