-Educational Background: Holds a bachelor's degree in related fields such as engineering management, architecture, civil engineering, etc. Proficiency in English at CET-6 level or above, with preference for Arabic speakers;
-Work Experience: Possesses 5-10 years or more of experience in building projects in Gulf countries (especially the UAE); Familiar with the construction process, quality management, and on-site coordination of high-end residential and villa projects; Preference for those with experience in large central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, or overseas general contracting projects;
-Project Management Skills: Familiar with project management tools and software, such as CAD; Proficiency in ERP, MS Project, Primavera, etc., is preferred;
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, execution, and teamwork skills; Preference for those who can start work as soon as possible.
