As a Software Developer, you will be the most senior developer within the company working alongside one 3 Java Developers, the Engineering Manager, and the CTO. You will determine the technical direction within the business and will be the advocate for thetechnical platform, communicating and collaborating with senior stakeholders from across the business. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be collaborating with your cross functional team to define, design, and develop new features, using automated teststo ensure quality, improving the platform by enhancing its performance, and innovating and suggesting improvements. There is a huge amount of creative freedom within this company allowing you to truly make the role your own and make your mark as a PrincipalJava Developer.
The company is based in central London although, you will be able to work remotely 3 days a week.
• *Requirements**:
- You are an experienced Java Developer with excellent knowledge of SpringBoot and MongoDB
- You have a good knowledge of Cloud technologies (ideally AWS)
- You have strong knowledge of CI/CD and experience working in Agile environment
- You have experience working in small / start-up businesses
- You are passionate about coding and have a good eye for detail
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
