We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter with 5-8 years of recruiting experience to build and own the recruiting strategy for our go-to-market teams. This person will be instrumental in scaling the company from ~20 to 70+ people while maintaining an exceptional talent bar, playing a crucial role in our rapid growth as we aim to become a leader in AI for IT teams.
What will you be doing?
• Design and execute high-impact hiring initiatives for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Partner closely with founders and GTM leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and prioritize hiring needs.
• Drive outbound sourcing efforts to build top-of-funnel pipelines through various channels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Help build out and scale recruiting systems, processes, and tools in an early-stage, gritty environment.
