About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Rust Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Rust programming, system-level development, and experience in building efficient, reliable, and secure applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Rust.
• Write efficient, safe, and high-performance code with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work on system-level programming, concurrency, and memory management.
• Stay updated with the latest Rust features, libraries, and ecosystem tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on development experience in Rust.
• Strong understanding of memory safety, concurrency, and system-level programming.
• Familiarity with frameworks/libraries such as Tokio, Actix, Rocket, Diesel, or Serde.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebAssembly (Wasm), or blockchain/crypto projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Good to Have
• Exposure to C/C++ or Go along with Rust.
• Experience in distributed systems, blockchain, or cryptography.
• Contribution to open-source Rust projects.
