Job Title: Software Engineer, Integration Engineering
Oak Street Health is a rapidly growing company that connects different applications through enterprise quality integrations.
The Integration Engineering team plays a crucial role in this process by building robust design patterns, reference implementations, and reusable building blocks.
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to lead the teams that create these integrations with an emphasis on quality, scalability, and simplicity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build low-code/no-code integrations following strategic patterns
• Develop reference implementations and provide technical direction for complex integrations
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to understand business requirements and guide implementation
• Foster a continuous learning environment
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience with Workato, Boomi, or similar iPaaS, or in a related Software Engineering role
• Curiosity to learn OSH's unique care model and how your work contributes to positive patient outcomes
• Teamwork and empathy to support a collaborative environment where everyone has a voice
• Experience integrating with Salesforce Developer APIs, Kafka, and cloud storage preferred
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent degree / work experience
• US work authorization
