UI/UX Researcher Job
We're seeking an experienced UX Research Contractor to support a digital banking transformation. You'll conduct bilingual qualitative research to inform and improve customer-facing mobile experiences.
• 6+ years of UX or qualitative research experience, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
• Skilled at managing multiple squads and stakeholders in complex programs
• Strong communicator, facilitator, and storyteller
• Possionate about translating insights into meaningful design outcomes
• Self-sufficient, adaptable, and comfortable in agile, distributed teams
