As a Microsoft Azure Infra Consultant, you will deliver quality engagements on high profile projects leveraging your expertise as an advisor, reviewer and/or individual contributor to ensure customer value and meet project objectives. - Operate customer’s Stack (Azure Stack HCI and Azure Arc).
- Support Customer IT team in day-to-day tasks (build new servers, DBs..etc)
- Support customer IT team to utilize the new technology offered by Devoteam deployment teams.
- Operate daily tasks (Backup, Monitor, Generate Reports, and statements
- Issue triage and isolation for supported solution and other components primarily (but not limited to) built on MS Technologies or on Open Source.
- Problem resolution and root-cause analysis and operational documentation; Escalate product bugs to Customer Support/Product Group and follow-up.
- Handle the tickets with vendor or Devoteam Backoffice.
- Consultants combine their technical skills, creativity, and customer focus in order to deliver great solutions to their customers, ensuring maximum value is obtained from Microsoft technologies and solutions.
- Required qualifications for all Consultants include:
- customer-facing experience involving project envisioning, planning, design, development, and deployment of complex solutions
- 2+ years of infrastructure experience: automation-related experienceis valued. Storage, Networking, Compute, Virtualization, and Scripting languages such as PowerShell are acceptable.
- Awareness of, and ability to reason about, modern software & systems architectures, including load-balancing, queueing, caching, distributed systems failure modes generally, microservices, and so on
- Associated troubleshooting skills, including the ability to follow RPC call chains across arbitrary network steps. Consequent understanding of monitoring in distributed systems
- Experience with working in a team, including coordinating large projects, communicating well, and exercising initiative when presented with problems
- Practical experience running large-scale online systems is always an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to focus on the development of customer business agility and business value, while simultaneously providing deep experience with specific technologies
- Strong communication, consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills

• *Required Skills**:
- Good understanding of key Azure components and concepts for both IAAS and PAAS including networking, compute, storage, security, backup, DR.
- Azure managed services and Azure well-architected framework, beside experience in Hybrid cloud environments
- Azure Components (AKS, ACR, Key Vault, App Gateway, Azure SQL, API Manager)
- Azure Stack HCI, Azure Arc.
- Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Monitoring (Azure monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics and Dynatrace)
- Azure Security
- Technical understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products
- Designing, building, testing, automating, monitoring andsupportingsignificantcomponents withinamoderndigital service platform in production environments.
- Producing designs that are scalable, resilient, efficient, secure, cost-effective and minimise lock-in.
- Excellent customer facing communication, presentation skills and technical writing capability for tender responses, bids and proposals.
- **Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
