Responsibilities: • Direct on-site supervision of labor teams at project locations. • Follow up on daily work orders and ensure execution according to the approved plan. • Organize and assign tasks to improve operational efficiency. • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with approved quality standards. • Implement occupational health and safety systems on site. • Prepare daily reports on work progress and achievements. • Conduct warehouse inventory and monitor materials and equipment. • Coordinate with project management and related stakeholders. • Resolve operational issues and take immediate on-site decisions.
